Lucky Finds

I've had some luck recently finding lovely things for the house. Firstly I came across this sandwich set in a local charity shop.

Then I found this gorgeous victorian mixing bowl in a Bridgnorth antique shop.
I really ought to make some cakes and serve them up on those pretty sandwich plates - but I've got to get Josh to orchestra tonight and my job will be keeping me busy for the next couple of days. Perhaps at the weekend?

The Mom Song

My friend Mim sent me this video. It goes through all the phrases that we, as Moms use throughout the day. I was quite surprised at just how many I did use. I also made my son watch it just to prove to him that I am not some gibbering, nagging idiot but just a normal concerned Mom. I'm not sure it convinced him - but it made me feel that I'm quite normal. Watch it and have a giggle. Do you recognise yourself here?
